Terms and Limitations of Technical Support

    Our support package is free with all dbCanvas packages. This entitles you to phone or e-mail support, during normal business hours. These hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central time. When contacting dbCanvas for assistance, please be prepared with your account number.

Scope of Services

  • Software support is limited to the normal use of the standard dbCanvas package.
  • Diagnosis may require that dbCanvas collect additional information and attempt to re-produce the error.
  • Technical Support does not include training or assistance in beyond what is necessary to resolve the initial problem.
  • Support does not include compatibility issues with third part software not provided by dbCanvas.
  • Technical Support is limited to telephone and e-mail correspondence and does not include on-site support.
  • dbCanvas is under no circumstances responsible for loss of software or data.
  • Support issues are limited to 1 customer per site at a time.
  • dbCanvas does not provide support for development level customizations with out a developers support contract.
